2025 A YEAR OF FAITHFUL

STEWARDSHIP

(PART 11)

So this year is a year of stewardship.

Because God has things in store for you, and if your stewardship is not too good, you will miss some things in life.

Let me take you to the book of Jeremiah 2:13: “For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.”

Forsaking the living waters and also having cisterns with damages in them, broken cisterns that can hold no water.

So even if the blessing of God comes into us, if we’re not good stewards, it’s going to move out of us.

We think, “O my God, why can’t I be blessed? Why is it that I’m still walking in the same old way?”

God is interested in promoting you.

Promotion does not come from the east nor from the west. It comes from above. (Psalm 75:6)

God puts one down and lifts up another. When He sees someone is not in the will of God and trying to be a hindrance to your promotion, He’ll take care of that and lift you up.

He will take away those people who are trying to be a hindrance to your promotion.

So a year of stewardship.

1 Corinthians 4:2, “Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.”

It says something that needs to be found in a good steward is faithfulness.

Faithfulness is a quality of being firm in your beliefs and in your actions.

He’s a trustworthy person. He is a true-hearted person. He’s somebody who is loyal and faithful in all He does.
