As Jesus is so are we in this world

God does not want you to live like JESUS LIVED. That is living in the past. God wants you to live like JESUS IS!  That is the present. 1 John 4:17 says ‘As Jesus is right now so are you in this world.’  Is Jesus poor or is He rich now? Yes, Jesus was poor but now He is not – 2 Cor. 8:9.  God said, ‘As Jesus is’ He did not say, ‘As Jesus was.’   Ephesians 2:6 says, you are seated with Jesus at the right hand of God. You are in His Royal Family. You are a member of His King-dom. You are to live like a king, not like a pauper. You can enjoy your inheritance. Therefore you don’t have to wait until you get to Heaven to enjoy Life!!
