Seven Anchors that will keep your ship on course in the storms of life

Your life is like a ship. It is sailing a course you set for it. Your tongue is the rudder that stirs your ship. If you do not stir it properly it will end up off course and shipwrecked. You need some anchors that will keep you on course and enable you to overcome the storms of life. You must get prepared for the storms before you get into one. You must stay calm in the midst of the storm and walk in the truth.  Hold your course by holding fast to your confession of faith and do not abandon cargo during the storm and submit to it but submit to God. Never lose hope during the storm! Storms are inevitable. Therefore you better build your house on a solid foundation so that it will last through the storms of life. A wise man built his house on a solid foundation because he knows storms are coming. So he does something to get prepared for the storms he knows are coming.  He knows the purpose of the storms is to steal, kill and destroy. They are not his friends.  They are his enemies.  Do not wait until the storm comes to build your house on a firm foundation.  Do so when there is no storm.  Get prepared because they will come.
