2024, THE YEAR OF MASS REPENTANCE AND RESTORATION! (PART 5)
The principle is that God resists the proud, but He gives grace and more grace to the humble.
So would you like more grace or resistance from God?
God gives more grace to the humble, and He resisted the proud.
(James 4:6)
So I don't want to be among the proud-hearted people.
With whomever you associate, it's going to rub on you.
It says, Make no friendship with an angry man lest you learn his ways.
(Proverbs 22:24)
So I am not going to associate with the wrong kind of people.
My association is important; whom do I associate with?
Because that's going to affect my life—whether I'm going to prosper or whether I'm going to be a loser.
Whether I’m going to be a winner or a loser?
God has already prepared everything good for us.
All things are prepared for us.
He wants us to enjoy what He has for us.
Now this scripture has gone into my heart, and I'm confessing it every day.
Even if I forget a few days, I go back to it and start reading it.
1 Timothy, chapter 6, verses 17 to 19:
17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, Who gives us richly all things to enjoy;
18 That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
19 Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.
