WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DEPOSITING IN YOUR HEART? (PART 1)

1_E.png

Jesus said, "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things."

Read Matthew 12:35 and  Luke 6:45.

This word "treasure" in Greek means: “deposit” so, a good man out of the good deposit of his heart brings forth good things.

In other words, people are known in the same way.

When virtue is stored within the heart of a good and upright person it will produce good fruit but when evil is hidden within him who is evil will produce evil fruit.

For the overflow of what has been stored in your heart will be seen by your fruit and will be heard by your words.

Anything if it is contrary to God’s Word, then God considers it evil.

If you speak it often enough, it will become a part of your life.

It will bring forth the very thing that is in your heart.

Some people do not understand this.

They say, “Why do these ‘faith’ people always talk victory, always calling things that don't even exist as though they were?” Romans 4:17

The answer is simple: they are applying the principles of God’s wisdom.

The Bible says to be imitators of God in everything we do, for then we will represent our Father as His beloved sons and daughters. Ephesians 5:1

And because we are His children, we need to imitate God – copy Him and follow His example and we ought to walk and talk like Him.
